What is your title?
Trauma Recovery Coach
Why do you do what you do?
As an adult survivor of childhood trauma, my trauma recovery practice is 100% mission-driven. From a young age, I struggled with symptoms of C-PTSD and as a result I experienced a lot of secondary adult trauma. It wasn't until I hit a "rock bottom" in 2015 that I realized I could no longer deny the devastation that came from living an unhealed life. I started my healing journey and discovered I had a gift for helping others heal. Today, I am passionate about guiding complex trauma survivors towards a path of permanent healing. My life's work is dedicated to helping end interpersonal and relational wounding which is passed down through generations. My coaching methods are rooted in the Internal Family Systems therapeutic model for trauma recovery. Through this work, I have been able to help fellow survivors find permanent healing and break the cycle of complex trauma.

How do you fuel your creativity?
In addition to my coaching practice, I also write poetry! I've been a poet ever since I was a child. I fuel my creativity by taking spontaneous day trips, or going on nature outings. Spontaneity plus a change of scenery helps me tap into my poetic, creative flow. And, I'd also say music has the power to activate my creativity as well.
What do you love about using This Hudson Studio?
Everything! The aesthetic of the studio is so elegant and sophisticated. It has a luxury feel to it. The natural sunlight that filters through the windows adds a beautiful glow to the room. Not to mention, it is immaculately clean! My entire process from booking to completion was seamless. I would take my brand photos there again and again and again!!
